As a health coach, I believe that physical activity is a crucial aspect of overall wellbeing. That’s why I work with clients to create personalized plans for incorporating fitness into their daily lives. Whether they’re looking to lose weight, increase strength and flexibility, or simply improve their overall health, I help my clients set realistic goals and create actionable plans to achieve them.

Rather than simply prescribing a specific exercise regimen, I work with my clients to identify the types of movement that they enjoy and that fit into their daily routines.

Health Assessment

A comprehensive, deep dive wellness assessment to discover which areas of your life are holding you back, and how we can improve them to reach your personal goals. Includes an evaluation of health status, goals, lifestyle, and challenges.

Regular Meetings and Access To me For Support

Regular one on one meetings along with regular check-ins, progress tracking, and ongoing encouragement to keep you motivated and accountable.

Personalized Wellnessplan

I will create a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals, including nutrition education, exercise, stress/anxiety management, sleep, hydration and mindful eating techniques. It includes individualized planning and organization with grocery lists, ingredient recommendations, and recipes.
